Hobby Properties plans to build at the former Person Street Plaza shopping center at Franklin, Blount, and Delway streets. Plans consist of 52 condos with 15,800 square feet of retail space. This development will be a wonderful addition to the Oakwood and Mordecai residential neighborhoods and will provide retail and commercial options that are long overdue for this Historic neighborhood.
