A wonderful residential component to the new development at Seaboard Station, 111 Seaboard will be near Peace College at Peace and Salisbury Streets. Fifty-two condo homes are proposed for this location, which will be housed above 12,000 square feet of retail space. The residences will mostly be 1-bedroom units between 800 and 900 square feet. Intentionally created to be slightly smaller and less expensive than the average Downtown residence, developers hope to appeal to younger buyers wanting to reside in the downtown area with these homes.
