David Allen Building
The proposed construction of The David Allen Building is for the heart of Glenwood South, at the corner of Harrington and North Streets. The current site houses three buildings, and the plan includes renovation for all three: one structure will serve as offices; the adjacent warehouse will be replaced with a 4-story building and include retail space on the lower floors and condominium homes on the top; and the third building, a 1930's warehouse, will be revitalized to become a restaurant offering roof-top dining and the spectacular scenery of the local surrounds.
