Also proposed for Downtown Raleigh's future is The Reynolds Tower, which will sit on the 300 block of Hillsborough Street. Current plans call for 31 story tower with 25 condo units on the upper 12 floors, a 150-room hotel on 12 floors, 6 floors of offices, street level retail and a 4-story parking deck.
