Raleigh’s own Ashley Christensen (of Poole’s and soon to be Beasley’s Chicken and Chuck’s) made her first appearance on Iron Chef last night, taking on Chef Bobby Flay.
“Sunday night Ashley Christensen and 200 of her closest friends gathered to celebrate her Iron Chef appearance. The crowd was completely focused by the time the show started, cheering at every appearance of anything like the essence of North Carolina, Poole's or otherwise.”
