RALEIGH -- As the housing market slowly starts to rebound, some buyers are steering away from the suburbs and taking to the skylines. Condo sales in downtown Raleigh are on the rise.
"I'm very happy with my purchase," said Lisa Bauerlein, who bought a downtown condo in The West building six months ago. "I wanted to be somewhere a little more urban. Being able to walk everywhere is awesome. I love the energy down here. There's always something to do."
