Raleigh Real Estate Prices Rising, but Still Competitive

Raleigh is flirting with becoming one of the 50 largest cities in the U.S., but being a large city comes at a large price for home-buyers.

One 1,900-square-foot home inside the Interstate 440 Beltline has a price tag of $474,000. Another 2,800-square-foot home in the Five Points neighborhood is on the market for more than $500,000. Condominiums for sale downtown are selling for $1 million apiece. See Original Article Back to News List
