Hillsborough Street is getting a touch of local love with a new boutique called Vestique.
"Online boutique retailer Vestique.com will open its first brick-and-mortar retail shop in Raleigh on Oct. 5.
N.C. State University graduates and college friends Caroline King and Morgan Genty will open next to a Hungry Howie’s Pizza store at 1818 Oberlin Road at the Fairview Road intersection
King and Genty began selling trendy women’s clothing and accessories priced at less than $100 through their online store in early 2010, and they’ve created enough of a local following that they decided to open a retail store, Genty says. They have so far sold to shoppers in 46 states and internationally."
