Everything was very smooth. We both appreciate the hard work you all put into finding us a place and also guiding us through the buying process. I will recommend everyone I know to you all because you were very easy to work with and had our best interests in mind. I would go to Caroline about anything once we were under contract and she was always available to talk and explain things that didn't make sense to me. She never sounded annoyed or too busy to talk, even though I'm sure she repeated herself to me multiple times. Give that girl a bonus!
